The area of work is selected individually for each trainee in terms of his personal skills and needs.
Essentially, the internship program starts in July and lasts until the end of September of a given year, although other dates are possible, except during the holiday period. Apprentices are employed for a period of four weeks and during this time have the opportunity to gain a broad knowledge of various aspects of lawyer's professional life.
Apprenticeships in the office usually last one month. The best apprentices have the opportunity to extend the period of apprenticeship as well as start their three-month internship after graduation. Successfully completed internship opens the possibility of establishing permanent cooperation with the office.
Students and graduates, practicing, receive orders from lawyers responsible for coordinating their work. These lawyers are responsible for introducing the trainee to the office and implementing it in the internal system of work. The tasks performed are related to the current needs of the office and correspond to the skills of the trainee.
